Returns & Warranty Conditions

Returns/Exchanges: We understand it's easy to order the wrong item! We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as the item(s) are in the original packaging and are in resaleable condition. Any items that have been lightly used, are missing the original packaging, or have been soldered, are accepted for return/exchange/store credit only after inspection. Such returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and all non-warranty return/exchange items must be returned to our Colorado store and shipped at the buyer's expense.

Warranty: Naturally, if you experience an issue with one of our products (such as a faulty electronic item) upon receiving your order, we will make certain to resolve the situation quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund (buyer's choice). Warranty claims involving products which have been used for more than 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please call or email us prior to returning the item. We are not responsible for any damages caused by a faulty item, or failure due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
