This company has a great philosophy, take care of business. I had a problem with an order, I called the company and spoke to a representative who was considerate and respect full of the situation. He asked, what I would like and gave a couple of options. I referred to one and I was told it would get done which it was done. Company’s need to understand it is the customer who needs to be taken care of first, then your business will grow. I do appreciate Altitude Hobbies for their fairness in business and their fair pricing. We will be do business in the future.

To whom it may concern, I purchased two of lemon 10 channel stabilizer receiver. The shipping was very fast and excellent great product in my opinion, but my concern is I have one that continuously loses signal. The other one is perfect. Is there anyway you will exchange the one that loses signal? I have checked the receiver I have a NX 10 spectrum transmitter. Everything seems to be perfect. The other one perfect just the one loses signal.

Altitude is my go to hobby store, they carry great quality items and their customer service is second to none. On this particular order I had to change the kv of two of the motors I bought and I called to leave a message hoping they could change the order before shipping. Not only did they come through on that but they called me after business hours to confirm and inform me that the change would be made! Most places don’t even have a phone contact and if they do they don’t answer but Altitude Hobbies went above and beyond and ensured that I was taken care of and I have had multiple opportunities to encounter their responsive, efficient customer service. Give them your business, you will not be disappointed!
