Did not work for me

I have 3 hobby wing esc's and it did not work on any of them. while trying to figure out the issues i inadvertently unplugged and plugged in power incorrectly and damaged one of the 100amp Esc's. the next step is to see if I can use the beep method to program the esc with my transmitter .

We are very sorry to hear it didn't work for you, Steven. We will send you a new one and you can give it a try. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you have further issues.

I emailed Altitude for help with the program card and was told to contact Hobbywing directly because they don’t handle the claims. After communicating with Hobbywing we determined it is defective. I’m disappointed with the lack of support from Altitude and am tired of being bounced around so I guess I’m stuck with a defective card.
